End - of - Life Services

We will each have a "final act". There are no "do-over's". What do you want in your final script and whom do you want as your supporting cast?

This mysterious rite of passage often gets pushed aside in our busy lives until we are reminded on the occasions of the death of family members or friends that this body which our soul inhabits is also impermanent. I offer my presence and services to restore death to its sacred place in the celebrations of our lives by compassionately assisting both you and your family/friends in navigating through these conversations about the dying process. I offer you the opportunity to partner with me in exploring and explaining the services/choices that are available to you and your family. I also assist you in developing a written plan for your remaining days. My offering is to be a resource, a teacher, a guide. As your advocate, I will support you in consciously giving a voice to your final wishes that you may experience your "final act" as you wish, on your terms.

I offer non-medical physical, emotional, mental and spiritual support to you and your family through this process. I partner with Hospice, faith leaders , and other professionals caring for you to facilitate the fulfillment of your plan.

Your journey is unique ---I extend the invitation to walk with you on this journey,

whether it be in a hospital, a hospice, a nursing home or your own home.

A Free Phone Consultation provides an opportunity to clarify and discuss your need/questions and can assist us in determining the best course of action.

My base fees are included in the descriptions of my services (below). Please, do not let these costs prevent you from contacting me about my services as I am willing to discuss different possibilities depending on your financial situation.

Sessions for the Best 3 Months Planning may take place in person or via Zoom.

Best 3 Months End of Life Planning

Over a 3 month period we will explore the Five Domains of Life. This process will assist you in defining your values and wishes and provide you with a written road map for whatever "unfinished

business" you want to attend to prior to your sacred journey. By feeling prepared and empowered you will experience more peace in simply living each day to its fullest.

These Five Domains include: physical (body)-what will create comfort, a safe and healing space; emotional - how to honor feelings and the relationships in your life; mental - a life review and the legacy you leave; spiritual - what beliefs and practices do you want honored and the practical - how you want your body honored after death and how you want to be celebrated.

Base Rate Fees

11 hours at $44.00/ hour ($484.00)

Over a 3 month period, you will receive seven (7) 1.5 hr meetings in which coaching and care planning sessions in the Five Domains of Life, addressed above, are facilitated. These sessions are offered to support you in creating a Vision Map which states your wishes in each of these domains.

Sacred Rituals/Ceremony

Rituals are ceremonial acts symbolically connecting us to something more meaningful. They help us connect to our spiritual nature and give the events we are experiencing in our lives meaning and a sense of purpose. They may be performed alone or may involve other people, offering us a connection with our loved ones and our community in a very conscious way.

Assistance, guidance and support is offered in creating your rituals/ceremony and the honoring of your life through Life Review, Life Legacy, and/or Story-Telling.

Planning/Participation in Rituals/Ceremony

$25.00 per Hour

Before/During/After Death Care

My role at this most sacred time of your preparation for passage from this life to your next, is to offer a compassionate presence that is supportive of the quality of life you desire, to assist and advocate for you in the fulfillment of your plan, and to act as a guide for you and your loved ones through each of the normal processes of the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional changes that you may experience in the dying process.

As a Steward for your Sacred Passage, emotional and spiritual support is offered to you and to your loved ones throughout your dying process. I will assist in creating and holding a sacred space for you and your loved ones during your soul's process of transitioning into the Great Mystery.

I offer participation in sitting vigil with you and your supportive community in your final hours of transition and then assisting your loved ones in honoring your after-death-care wishes and final disposition.

$44per hour

Bedside vigil attendance during your active dying process is customized and discussed during the Vigil Planning Interview.

Bereavement Support

Assistance and support is offered to your loved ones in the completion of your wishes regarding after death care (planning a wake, home funeral, memorial, celebration of life, etc.)

Bereavement Support and the creation of end-of-life rituals are offered to those survivors working through grief and loss.
