"As I worked through the 5 Domains (end-of-life care planning sessions) with Linda, I was drawn back to the experience that my deceased husband and I had to confront during Hospice as we were facing his death from ALS. Completing each area of the planning for myself was an exercise not only in remembering but also in being grateful for the experiences I had with my husband as we put his wishes into effect. The majority of those things addressed in each domain had been completed as I worked with Linda and I felt a sense of peace with my plans. I believe everyone should travel the five Domains with regard to his/her transition to the other side. My husband had a plan. Linda has served as a guide and supportive presence as I have reshaped my plans using the structure of the five Domains."
